Executive Committee

  1. Elected (Selected) for 2 Years Term:
    • Description: The Executive Committee is elected or selected by the members of SHSPS for a two-year term. This provides stability and continuity in leadership.
    • Process: Elections or selections are conducted according to Shri Humad Samaj Pragati Sangh ‘s constitution or by-laws, ensuring a democratic and transparent process.
    • Additional Points: Encourage nominations from diverse backgrounds to ensure representation from various sections of the community. Establish a clear and transparent election or selection process with defined criteria for eligibility.
  2. Office Bearers (Promotion to the Next Post in Hierarchy):
    • Description: Office bearers, including roles such as President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer, are promoted based on their performance and tenure in the organization.
    • Process: Promotions are based on merit, experience, and contributions to Shri Humad Samaj Pragati Sangh . An established succession plan helps in smooth transitions.
    • Additional Points: Provide leadership training and development opportunities for potential office bearers. Ensure that there is a clear path for advancement and that members are aware of the criteria for promotion.
  3. Committee Members (Selection Basis):
    • Description: Committee members are selected based on their skills, experience, and contributions to specific areas of  Shri Humad Samaj Pragati Sangh ’s activities.
    • Process: Selection is typically done through a nomination process or appointment by the Executive Committee, ensuring that members with relevant expertise are chosen.
    • Additional Points: Implement a transparent selection process with clear criteria. Encourage members to express interest in specific committees and consider their qualifications and previous contributions.
  4. Female Committee Members:
    • Description: Encourage and ensure the inclusion of female members in various committees to promote gender diversity and representation.
    • Process: Female members are selected based on their qualifications and contributions, with efforts to ensure gender balance in committee composition.

  5. Meetings (Discussions and Decisions) as per Agenda:
    • Description: Regular meetings are held where the Executive Committee discusses and makes decisions based on a pre-set agenda. This ensures structured and efficient decision-making.
    • Process: Agendas are prepared in advance and shared with members before the meeting. Minutes are recorded to document discussions and decisions.

  6. Project/Programs Wise Committee Meetings:

  7. Committee Members Render Services in Every Activity:
